Advanced Adventurer SSI
The Advanced Adventurer course from SSI is perfect for certified divers who want to improve their skills and gain more diving experience. In this course, you’ll learn new techniques and explore different types of dives, expanding your limits and exploring new depths safely.
This course is perfect for divers who already have experience but want to enhance their skills and experience new underwater adventures.
- Deep Diving:
One of the dives in the course will focus on improving your deep diving skills, reaching a depth of up to 30 meters safely.
- Diving in Different Environments:
During the course, you’ll dive in different environments, such as night diving, current diving, wreck diving (sunken ships), or in areas of reduced visibility. This variety will help you build confidence and improve your ability to adapt to different diving conditions.
Navigation Diving:
You’ll learn and practice underwater navigation techniques, enhancing your ability to orient yourself underwater using compasses and natural navigation methods.
- Prerequisites:
You must have the Open Water Diver certification from SSI or an equivalent diving agency, and be at least 12 years old.
- Objective:
Expand your knowledge and skills to perform deeper and specialized dives, reaching a maximum depth of 30 meters, while experiencing different diving conditions in various environments.
- International Certification:
Upon completion, you’ll receive the Advanced Adventurer certification from SSI, which allows you to dive autonomously to a depth of 30 meters.
- Skill Development:
You’ll improve your diving skills in a variety of conditions and gain the confidence to dive in more complex and challenging environments.
- Access to Other Courses:
The Advanced Adventurer course is ideal if you want to continue with more advanced diving specialties, such as Rescue Diver, Divemaster, or specific courses like deep diving or night diving.
